The Story Behind Six Little Ducks
At Six Little Ducks we create a warm, welcoming environment.
Our average staff employment is currently 3.5 years, with 2 staff taking long service leave and several staff members commencing their families whilst working for us and having children. We have also had 4 staff build houses whilst employed by us. We are a supportive environment and pay well above the award. Our core belief is that investing in our people builds a strong, high-value team of passionate educators. Together as a team, we create a warm, supportive environment where children, families and educators can thrive.
We are looking for someone to lead us! Step into our service and create your classroom. The walls are ready for splashes of colour, the play spaces are well funded and we welcome new ideas.
We create a supportive space and need someone capable of mentoring younger educators. Someone comfortable with programming cycles and implementing them, someone who can create and decorate spaces so they are warm and welcoming, and someone with a good range of tricks in their bag for engaging children to help model for educators and lead us towards success.
