At Six Little Ducks, we believe in the power of early childhood education and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Our small, family-oriented childcare centre is focused on individualised attention and creating a personalised learning experience for each child in our care.

Drawing inspiration from forest schools and the woodland movement, we designed a classroom environment emphasising learning through play, adventure, and trial and error. We aim to encourage children to take risks, set their own goals, and find strategies to achieve them. We believe in providing a space where children can feel confident to try new things and grow to their potential.

We are passionate about welcoming people who truly shine in their strengths and share our commitment to positively impacting children's lives. Our people are at the heart of creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive. Join us to foster a love for learning through play.

Join our team and shape young minds:

As part of our team, you will directly lead a team of educators and develop engaging programs that inspire children's curiosity and creativity. You will also play a critical role in communicating with families, providing feedback on their child's progress, and encouraging involvement in their learning journey.

We take pride in our service's emphasis on outdoor, muddy play and free wild play. Children thrive when given the opportunity to take risks and explore their environment. In this role, you will encourage and guide children in their play, creating a safe and stimulating environment that fosters their development and learning.
